Insurance

I am licensed to practice therapy in Illinois and New York. All sessions with residents in NY must be telehealth (unless you are visiting IL and can come in person).

My practice is currently full and I do not utilize a wait list.

I currently accept:

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield (PPO plans)

I encourage any prospective patients to contact their insurance company before scheduling an appointment to verify coverage.

Self Pay

The following are my self-pay rates for in office therapeutic services:

• Initial intake appointments (75 minutes) = $300 (Half due upfront to secure appointment)

• Follow-up appointments (50 minutes) = $180

I also offer in home and community sessions at an additional cost to account for mileage, travel time, etc. Please inquire within for information.
